Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Tradee.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Tradee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. What Tradee is
Tradee is a software tool that helps you design, backtest, and run automated trading strategies, reducing the effort needed to build them. Strategies are executed on third-party exchanges using API credentials that you provide. Tradee is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial advisor, and is not affiliated with any exchange. We never take custody of your funds and cannot move or withdraw them.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your login credentials and exchange API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tradee.bot if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Tradee is offered on a paid subscription basis. Payments are processed by our payment provider, creem.io, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, applicable taxes, and your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
- We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, reverse engineering it, or violating the rules of any exchange you connect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Third-party exchanges
Tradee operates on exchanges you choose and connect. You are solely responsible for your exchange accounts, for complying with their terms, and for any fees they charge. We are not responsible for exchange availability, order execution, slippage, downtime, or any action or omission of an exchange.
7. Trading risk and no financial advice
Trading carries significant risk, and automated strategies can and do lose money. Tradee provides tools, not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation to make any trade. You are solely responsible for the strategies you create, the parameters you set, and the trades executed on your behalf. Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results.
8. Service availability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradee shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by exchange behaviour, downtime, or strategy outcomes. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tradee harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your strategies and trades, or your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Tradee and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the platform or comply with the law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
